Terms & Conditions

All payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. General payment policies:

• 50% advance payment required before project commencement for new clients
• Balance due upon project completion and before final delivery of files/access
• Monthly retainer services billed on the 1st of each month in advance
• Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a 2% monthly interest fee
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise in the agreement
• GST (18%) is applicable and will be added to all invoices as per Indian tax law
• Payment modes accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, Razorpay, Cheque

As a client or user, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring content you provide is accurate, legal, and does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials shared by BIGOOL DIGITAL
• Promptly reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed review period (typically 3–5 business days)
• Informing us in writing of any changes to project scope before implementation begins
• Backing up your own data before we perform any technical work on your systems
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to any shared credentials

Project cancellations are handled as follows:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of project start: Full advance refund minus 10% admin fee
• Cancellations after work has begun: Payment due for completed work; advance portion is non-refundable
• Ongoing retainer services: 30-day written notice required for termination
• BIGOOL DIGITAL reserves the right to cancel projects due to misconduct or sustained non-payment
• Digital/downloaded deliverables are non-refundable once delivered and approved
• GST/ITR filing services: Non-refundable once government submissions have been made

Upon full and final payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created for their project. However:

• BIGOOL DIGITAL retains the right to display work in portfolio/case studies unless a written NDA is in place
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain under their respective licenses
• BIGOOL DIGITAL's proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, and processes remain our intellectual property
• All work remains property of BIGOOL DIGITAL until full payment is received

Both parties agree to treat confidential business information shared during the engagement with discretion. BIGOOL DIGITAL will not disclose client business data, strategies, or financial information to third parties without express written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Odisha. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sambalpur, Odisha. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings. For questions, contact us at mail@bigooldigital.in within 30 days of the dispute arising.
